Smart Ecobarrio: una oportunidad para el desarrollo económico sostenible

Su formación se mueve entre el ámbito pedagógico y la Gestión y Dirección de Empresas. En el plano profesional ha promovido la creación de diversas entidades públicas relacionadas con el desarrollo económico sostenible a nivel territorial. Experiencia dilatada y mediador entre la gestión del capital intelectual público y su interelación con el entorno autorizante para la transformación de los modelos económicos urbanos. La ciudad como espacio de oportunidades para negocios públicos, smart cities, clusters urbanos, … constituyen el contenido fundamental de los proyectos que desarrolla. Ponente habitual en su área de especialización y colaborador en masters y cursos de postgrado de diversas universidades. Amplios conocimientos y participación en programas europeos y en especial asesor de organismos internacionales, así como, colaborador con el municipalismo en latinoamérica.

Andreas Delleske has worked in different fields since about 1990 mostly linked to energy, electronics, programming and consultancy after having studied physics and educational science in Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg, Verona and Freiburg (both studies unfinished). Apart form working as a technical designer, he has been working in two Freiburg based engineering companies (econzept and solares bauen) as energy consultant and electrical planner. He has been one of the elected board members of the benevolent association Forum Vauban e.V. that helped to develop the new "Vauban district" in Freiburg and thus provided (almost free) "planning service" for the city. In that environment, he has also given certainly more than two thousand guided tours about Vauban district between 1995 and 2016. Since 1999, he lives in the first passive house as multi-family house in Germany where he also did the electrical planning, was one of the board members and is today busy mostly with managing IT networks, providing electronics and software development, so aptly, his one-person-company is called "Dellekom" since 1998.

Since December, 2017 I am the Project Coordinator of MAtchUP Part-time teacher at UPV, since 1996 teaching some subjects related to CAD, GIS and BIM. Nathan Pierce is the Head of the Smart London Team based in the Greater London Authority in the UK. He is also the Programme Director for Sharing Cities, a pan-European programme that tests out innovative smart city solutions across a number of major European cities, replicating and scaling what works through new business and investment models. Nathan has 15 years’ experience across a range of public sector bodies having led on major service design and commissioning projects within London and at a European level. Nathan is determined to improve the lives of regular people by finding innovative ways to make government more sustainable, efficient and citizen focused.

Incorporado al Ayuntamiento de Rivas Vaciamadrid en el año 2000, responsable de la creación del departamento de nuevas tecnologías, a las que pertenecía informática y comunicaciones, y actualmente Jefe del departamento de Telecomunicaciones perteneciente a el Área de Innovación Tecnológica y Proyectos emprendedores. CIO del Proyecto de Rivas SmartCity del Ayuntamiento de Rivas Vaciamadrid. Fue Presidente del SC1 Infraestructuras del CTN178 Comité para la Normalización de las Ciudades Inteligentes en España. Coordinador y Socio fundador de la Red Española de las Ciudades Inteligentes RECI en los grupos de trabajo de Medio Ambiente e Infraestructuras y Energia.
