Lourdes worked for 15 years in investment banking mainly in London in the equity, mergers and acquisitions and risks departments for JP Morgan and became co-head for Europe of the Credit Suisse Asset Finance area. She has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Master's degree from the University of Sussex (United Kingdom).

Zenón Vázquez cuenta con una amplia trayectoria en el mundo financiero y empresarial tanto a nivel estatal como internacional. En concreto, y desde 2014, ha desempeñado con éxito su labor profesional como responsable Financiero (CFO) de la cotizada Cie-Automotive. Conocedor profundo del entorno financiero a lo largo de estos años así como en sus funciones de líder de organizaciones complejas y Gestión de Personas, cuenta también con experiencia en compañías del sector financiero, control de gestión y auditoría. Zenón es el Director General de Elkargi desde abril de 2019. Licenciado en CCEE y Empresariales por la Universidad de Deusto con especialidad en Finanzas en Kingston-London, ha cursado también el PADE-Programa de Alta Dirección de Empresas- en IESE.
